“I gave my friend's mom a ride to her appointment the other day so I just came inside with her. The woman that helped her at the desk was nice and the nurse that came in and helped her was also very sweet. However, her actual Doctor, Dr.Hall, was extremely unprofessional. Mind you this is my first appointment with her and him, but he was calling her "trouble" and scolding her like a child. He was saying things like "this is your fault not mine" and treating her like she was incompetent. Regardless of what she was failing to do for their appointment the way he behaved and spoke to her was extremely unprofessional. The receptionist at the desk while we were leaving also said said some out of pocket things and began apologizing to us for what she'd just said.... overall just not a great place for professional care”
