“Dr. Dalal seems to be a nice guy. He is attentive to your needs. However, I feel that his office set up not inviting and gives office an unsure feeling about his practice. He needs to decorate the entire office and instead of it looking like he moved in yesterday. That alone will make you not want to trust his practice. They didn't have an out to lunch sign up for visitors which I felt was not professional. So without the welcoming atmosphere the staff just felt forced. The office just gives off I just got here or we are moving. I think that if he takes care of the hospitality from the door and add decor, he has the making for a great physician.
