“I'm posting 2 reviews today. The first was negative because of a bizarre interaction with Gianni. But, overall, this office is terrific. Dr Seth has helped me thru a difficult time with kindness and support. He is an excellent MD. I trust him and know he will always help me find the best way to manage my situation. The staff are great, too. Friendly and professional, but not uptight. Lately, seeing a NP/PA has been a bit of a challenge. There has been a lot of turnover so it's difficult to build rapport. I think that caused my issue with Gianni today. We don't know each other, I saw a different provider last month, a third provider 2 months ago and a 4th earlier in the year. I think consistency in pain management is critical. There seem to be many changes since a big company bought out the practice. When there have been issues or concerns, I've been told that they can't do anything about it, the company that owns the practice has dictated the way things are being done. I still give the practice 5 stars because of Dr Seth and his long time staff. They are outstanding. And Dr Seth is definitely the only doctor I trust to be sticking needles in my back.”

“I came on Friday and my prior ath still isn't done when I've called 3xs today. I'm an amputee w lupus and this is highly unacceptable. Quick to get my in but sure takes there time w makong one quick phone call to insurance so make or right pls. I've been patient and been understanding. I have a zero quality of life. Hanging patiently per usual other wise no complaints but I've been trying for 2 days now”
