“Worst Patient Service of any doctor I've ever been to In My Life. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. When you call you will get put on hold and then 25 minutes later it will say "the Google subscriber you have called is not available", click and it hangs up. What? A free Google phone to answer medical calls? Don't believe me, try and call them right now. I've been calling for weeks, I left messages, no one calls me back. Terrible customer service, wouldn't want to be a patient. Look at the other negative reviews, say the same thing. Positive reviews are probably paid for.”

“I had the worst experience in my life with Jason Genco PA. I got referred by my doctor because I have had chronic pain for 17+ years. Day 1 I saw Genny Smith, at first she wasn't sure how to go about my problems (being the first time meeting her that's to be expected), she advised me to get off my other medication, to give her a letter so we can continue my pain management plan we discussed then make a follow up, I did what was requested and followed up 8 days later. She wrote my script and since I was going back on my opioids but it's been awhile I need to see her in a week. I did that and she prescribed my medication, a week later I went to get my meds refilled for a month. Mind you I am a wife and a mother of two that I home school. Being in chronic pain and having so many disabilities and diagnosis is not an option. I walk in the office and see her assisent (he's always kind and listens) and told me Genny all the sudden resided and I have to see JASON GENCO, I already was sceptical since yet again another person I have to explain history with. He was so cold hearted and narcissistic, and kept throughing procedures in my face (that's where his money comes in), he didn't listen to what I said, he didn't listen to my husband, and literally told me, " I DON'T CARE WHAT GENNY'S NOTES SAY, I AM YOUR DOCTOR NOW NOT HER, SHE IS NO LONGER WITH US!" He was the most judgemental person I ever met in my life, and had no humanity in him what so ever! I have no idea why he's even in this field being he has no compassion, care, and only listens to his own voice. I promise you, you will not be heard, you will be judged, your opinion will not matter. Beware and listen to your inside voice. That's what my family did as we walked out.. NO YOU WILL NEVER BE MY DOCTOR QND I FEEL BAD FOR THE PATIENTS THAT ARE.”
