“At first I was very irritated because I am in constant pain but the Dr's here are pretty amazing and they seem to care. They have done just about everything and don't have the answer or if there is a way to fix my pain in my back. I know they're trying their hardest. I had one big issue with the spine simulator not being in long enough to see if it helped or not. Only had 2 full days with it in. Wish it would have been 3 or 4 full days. Dr McDavid is great, knowledgeable and caring.”

“I can't say one good thing about my husband's care that he received while going to IPA. I honestly believe their surgical center is putting patients at risk. I have never seen patients treated so poorly. Complete incompetence at every level. From answering the phone, to procedures and finally billing. It is apparent that they are only in it for the money when you're told they have quotas to fulfill and goals to meet for surgeries. (I was told that 4 days after my husband's spinal stimulator placement.) I wouldn't take a stray dog here. They fluff the billing for insurance and then send an astronomical bill, once you call they'll say "oops it was a mistake." If you need your records, you'll be forced to file a grievance with the Federal and State to get those. They are the worst kind of crooks. Taking advantage of those in pain.”
