“Would not refer my dog here. They have no compassion. After waiting 2 1/2 months for an appointment my Transporation didn't show today. I called them to let them know and to ask them if I could make it in would I still be able to be seen? They told me yes. I went in only to be told the doctor refused to see me I asked, was it anyway we could work it out even if I could come back, but I let her know I couldn't wait as long because I have some serious things going on that have even caused me to see a neurologist And that I will be away from the 19th through the 26. She told me well I guess we'll see you next year. I told her don't worry about it. They won't see me at all. Now tonight at 5:45 I get a call from insight asking me why I missed my appointment and do I want to reschedule. I didn't miss anything. I was refused, knowing that I live in pain and have been having problems with my memory and blackouts.”

“Worst pain Dr. I have Lupus and several different places in my body are in pain. He tried to minimize my pain rudely. And after telling me they only prescribed trammadal and Ty4 with codeine. I then told him I was allergic to codeine, which was in my chart 3 times over. He told me to take it or he wouldn't help. He is a real quac. I should've read the reviews. His staff was nice though.”

“Waited 2hrs and 20min to be seen by Dr.Shenava just to be dismissed and gas lit told I'm not in pain because other patients who've had shattered spines that show up on X-rays are fine. Basically anyone over 25 has Cervical Disc Degeneration Disease. Even after explained all my conditions and the years chronic back pain, numbness/tingling sharp pains in my legs I'm suffering with! He didn't care! I also had a Dr. Look over my MRI with me and he pointed out and confirmed disc bulging and referred me to him! I was offered a EMG to confirm my nerve pain and offered injections. I will not return or refer anyone to him or the location in Dearborn! The wait time, lack of empathy and dismissiveness alone has played a major role in me not being treated there! I'll find another Dr and get injections elsewhere! He will not get paid from insurance for that type of patient care.”
