“Alyssa spends a short amount of time with you but your needs are met. The nurse assistants are very kind. The receptionist in the back could be trained a little better. I can clearly tell they have no medical experience as far as scheduling. But they are always kind. The receptionist in the front desk were exceptionally proactive...The lab staff is always kind..I had a good visit. Although sometimes I feel it's just a job for them cause Alyssa lacks real compassion for what you are going through. she smiles and quickly rush you along with no rebuttal to what you are telling her or anything comforting or coping skills given..other than that she would be a good Physician assistant/ Nurse practioner..But over all it's a good environment to be in especially dealing with daily pain and trying to cope the anxiety of it all. This place does not trigger my anxiety at all. I recommend this place.”
