“I have been seeing Dr. Damme for several months now and the care has been great. The office procedure is streamlined with a nurse or assistant going through your medications, visit complaints, etc. A PA or nurse practitioner next comes in and discuss's treatment options then I believe gives the information to . Finally the MD comes in and establishes firm plans and answers questions. The visit takes much less time for the physician and helps the patient get his or her needs streamlined down to the most important points.”

“If I was able to give this place 0 stars I would. The doctor seemed nice to my husband and had set him up for an injection for pain treatment. For that we were hopeful that this would help my husband (who was in a horrific car accident) and give him some type of pain relief. A few days later after his injection was scheduled the office called and told my husband they had to reschedule. He rescheduled and We were still fine with that. At least he would be getting some help soon. BUT, when we called to request a document that was needed for insurance purposes the front office was extremely rude. April sent me over to talk to Keelie to explain what we needed and that's where things took a turn. She is a horrible human being. She's rude, unprofessional, heartless and does not like to be told how to do something when she obviously needs some guidance on things she doesn't know how to do. She makes comments and accusations that I'm sure the doctor has no knowledge of. And when she doesn't want to deal with you she bands you from the office and cancels your appointment with the doctor and says to go somewhere else because you have a bad attitude. The whole office teams up against you and you aren't even able to speak to someone higher up. You just get hung up on and put down and treated like a piece of trash. I'm pretty sure Patient Abandonment is something that could shut an office down and put them out of business. At least that's what our attorney has said. That being said I'm definitely not done with this office and things to change so that nobody else who is just trying to get better has to go through such a terrible experience as we did. Please don't waste your time here you'll just leave feeling worst than you did when you walked in the door to there office.”

“If I could I would leave zero stars for this office the front manager and staff are completely rude after seeing the doctor and setting up my procedure the office manager began being rude to me and my family from the start , April up front was acting like she was the doctor talking to me like crap then when I asked to speak to the manager I was transferred to Keele she then proceeded to talk to me disrespectful and then hung up after telling me that she has canceled my procedure which I don't understand how a front desk manager could do !! The doctor really needs to evaluate his staff I feel sorry for all the older people go to this doctor I could only imagine how they are treated. Do not go here people there crooks and we filed a complaint with the medical board !! Look at all the other reviews that sound just like mine sounds like a patten to me !! Also I have reached out to a class action lawyer about what they have been doing to people”

“Dr. Essay and his Nurse are absolutely the best. They are extremely communicative, knowledgeable and they actually listen to what you need and offer helpful solutions. They ask if you have any more questions and they lay out a plan of action to respond to your needed treatment. Love their "bedside" manner. They made me completely comfortable and confident in their abilities to help me.”
