“I have chronic pain with arthritis through out my body- I have had two hip replacements- have lower back pain- and need knee replacements- I have went to these doctors and been on medication for over 7 years when they were ascension they were great! You could communicate with the doctors directly through my chart and never had an issue getting a refill filled on time- since the switch over- there no way to communicate with the dr directly and if u don't call your medication in 7-15 days in advance risk not getting your prescription filled. I forgot to call in this month the 7-15 days ahead - I did call 72 hours in advance- and now I am on day 1 without my medication which I have been taking again for over 7 years- and now am in pain - I'm not able to take ibuprofen- only Tylenol- no response from the doctor or the nurse they just didn't "sign and send" the prescription- I called 3 times yesterday to let them know I would indeed be without medication and nothing- also requested a call from the doctor or her nurse and again nothing! This is very unprofessional and honestly seems like a malpractice measure to me- mind u I have never overtaken my meds or failed a screening since I have been on the medication - definitely looking into my options with a different pain clinic- this isn't the first time either- almost every month you have to call more than once for them to send over your medication- they definitely need a better process in place and almost doesn't seem legal for them to do this to patients! Sadly will be looking into options for care elsewhere!”

“Innovative pain care is a joke! Saw Dr q and his assistant Dr Quinn. They took 2 urine samples and my pain pills didn't show up in either test when I took one the day before! Also said I had benzo in my urine when they gave me a diazepam for an mri and said it wouldn't cause me to fail! Well I don't take anything else besides my pain pills and no idea how they didn't show up in my urine. Called me after waiting for days for a reply from them cuz I needed a refill and they finally called and told me they won't be filling my pain pills ! I never had any problems when I was with ascension pain management.”
