“I'm not a fan for pain management, however; my pain has gotten worse and I finally decided to go and check out what pain management is. My neurologist, Dr. Jay Mahajan referred me to Innovative Pain Care Center. I found the front desk personal to be friendly and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Ryan West. I found him to be compassionate and most importantly, he explained what my MRI showed. He evaluated me and then discussed the options available to me. I was impressed how he took the time to explain everything and based on his professional experience, he tells me an injection would be best for me. He informed me the injection unfortunately last three months but depending on the person, it has been known to last longer. He told me because I have Medicare, they prefer to go with an injection and then if necessary, they will pay for surgery but that's only after all other options have been tried. I found Dr. West to be a kind and understanding doctor, but what I found most impressive, he took his time and listened to all of my concerns. I also like his scheduler. She greets you with a smile, asks if you would like anything to drink. She explains everything to you and before you leave, everything in writing is given to you. Overall, while this was my first visit, I was impressed with Dr. West and the entire staff from Innovative Pain Care Center.”

“Dr. Wu is amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, and treats his patients with courtesy. He takes the time to actually listen to your concerns. No matter what time of day my appointment is scheduled, I never feel rushed. His nurse and the office staff at the Rancho location are wonderful as well. “Disgraceful Customer Service and Appalling Policies I've never experienced such a frustrating and infuriating encounter with a business in my life. I recently had an appointment with this company, and they refused to provide the service because I was 10 minutes early, instead of 15. To make matters worse, the company had sent me a reminder text clearly stating I needed to be there 15 minutes early. I work in healthcare and was not able to leave my patients early so that I could provide the best care to them (ironic). I hustled there as soon as I was able to leave the hospital that I work at and was still early for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Yet, the staff had the audacity to tell me they require "new" patients to arrive 30 minutes early, not 15, despite no prior notice of this absurd policy and the reminder text THAT THEY SENT ME stating that I needed to arrive 15 min early. Mind you no where was it written or even verbally communicated that I would be denied services if not early.... How are patients supposed to keep track of such arbitrary rules when the company can't even communicate consistently? This level of incompetence is not just inconvenient, it's disrespectful. The company refused to provide any reasonable solution or even apologize for the confusion. Instead, they told me I could reschedule, which is frankly insulting. It's clear this business has zero regard for customer service or patient needs. If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of professional businesses that treat their customers with respect--this one is not one of them. I wish I could rate this place negative stars they don't even deserve one star.”
