“Doctor West is super nice and attentive. I have been very happy with his care. He's a very caring doctor. The lady who takes the patients back to the room in the Henderson office, not so much. She's kind of abrasive and not very friendly. She always seems irritated and she speaks as if she hates her job, not happy. I don't like going there only because of her. The one who makes the appointments for the procedures, Leslie, doesn't take calls and returns them days later. People at the front desk, no problems there. They are nice. Dr. West alone deserves a 5 star.”

“Experience with trying to get an appointment even with a referring doctor and attorneys office calling it took weeks. No return calls. I called and pushed a different number and actually someone helped me schedule one. Then I received a text reminder for my appointment and the text said 15 min early and fill out paperwork online. I came in 15 min before my appointment and was denied saying I needed to be there 30 minutes early since I didn't have paperwork filled out. I showed them my text and no where did it say if you need to fill out paperwork 30 minutes early. They took the 11:30 patient early while I was filling out my paperwork. I finished paperwork and was told I would I have to reschedule. I was unable to make an appointment then and was told someone would contact within 24 hrs didn't happen”
