“My first appointment was cancelled last minute, and I was rescheduled to a time when I could not arrive an hour before the appointment -- a ridiculous requirement for first time patients. I was sent paperwork to fill out ahead of time and told to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment. I did so, and I was treated very rudely when I arrived, being told that I would have to be rescheduled again because I didn't arrive an hour before the appointment time, and then being told by the receptionist that the person on the phone shouldn't have told me that. The receptionist was equally rude to the officer manager. I don't trust this office with my care, and yes, the Shore Drive office reeks of cigarette smoke.”

“They DON'T answer the phone at the Westside location on Shore Drive. They receptionist DON'T do their jobs! A referral was signed by the Dr. 2 weeks ago and they have not sent it over to the other doctor. The people I speak with are not in the clinic , they're support staff so you can NEVER talk to anyone in the clinic. It's RIDICULOUS! If your insurance pays for you to go somewhere else I recommend you do so!!!”

“I was told to arrive at 8 am for a 9am appointment, and I did so. I watched several people come in after me and go before me. I walked up to check in counter and noted my paperwork still sitting on her desk. She said I can't send you back before your apt, which was at 9am. It's now 937am and she just put my paperwork in to be seen. Very unprofessional, and it smells like cigarettes in offoce here. They didn't apologize and I can not recommend this place. 2 more were called back that came in while I was writing this and were taken back. Also, I seldom give a bad review, but she acted too rudely to me and didn't apologize as if this was OK. I will be informing the MD!! update the exact same receptionist did it AGAIN. She said your appointment isn't until 9am even though they say be here at 8am. I was also the first one to arrive and 1st one to fill out and turn in paperwork. They then called back 3 people before me stating my Dr Jei wasn't in yet. Once back, I inquired about Dr Jei arrival and was told he was here. This receptionist told the entire office infront of me and loudly that I told her I was letting the Dr know, which I did, again. I am not sure why they allow this ridicule and hostile bullying if patients they don't like when we confront them over not putting our charts up to be seen in order of arrival and let our appointment time. I'd like management to call me to discuss this.”

“My first, second and third experience with this company seemed very dysfunctional. My family doc referred me to this business for a neurology consultation. They mailed me a packet and scheduled me an appointment for the west location. I took the day off work for them to let me know they canceled my appointment and I would have to reschedule. The second day I took off and arrived at my appointment for them to tell me the appointment was at the east location. The secretary at the west office used white out to cover up the initial appointment and wrote in my next appointment at the east location. This is now the third day I have taken off work for the secretary to tell me I didn't have an appointment so she referred me to the pain management secretary to also tell me I indeed had No appointment. After them passing me back and forth they told me they found my appointment and it for next week!!!! I refused to take another day off work. I told them neurologists are a dime a dozen in this town and I'm pursuing another doctor that hopefully is competent enough to set my appointment and stick with it. Very unprofessional.”
