We tried several injections and ablations, but the relief did not seem to last. In May of this year I received the spinal stimulator and everyday I am achieving 50-60% relief at minimum. I have searched high and low and have tried more doctors than I can count, and have never been happy with them until coming here. The support staff has some changes to make to be more efficient and compassionate considering all the patients are battling some sort of extreme pain. But overall, this is by far the best clinic anywhere around the Chicago area!”

“While the answering service is pleasant, the experience is extremely inefficient and frustrating. You call the third party answering service and leave a message, the message gets forwarded to the office, the office then attempts to contact the patient who is now back at work and cannot take a call. The office staff leaves a voicemail asking you to contact them, but there's no way to directly contact them, so you're sent right back to the answering service who can't actually help you. The cycle may repeat multiple times until the patient either gives up or finally gets the issue resolved. It would be much more efficient and provide better customer service to either hire more onsite staff who can answer the phones or enable the third party answering service to do things other than just take messages.”
