“Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience as others. I have encountered toxic positivity at this office. The focus is more on getting money and rushing the patient though the systeem rather than patient assistance or advocacy. Unless you are able to pay upfront with no insurance. When I try to advocate for myself, I am greeted with stony silence and soundtrack responses. When I ask the about the issues, the staff throws the insurance under the bus and the insurance company throws the practitioner under the bus. Meanwhile I, as the patient, continue to needlessly suffer. It feels like they want to provide barbituates as bandaids, but no long term solution or addressing any issues that are causational. I am disappointed in the least and continue to feel our modern medical community has lost thier empathy and sees patients as annoyances, rather than human beings who have come to them for the care they claim to provide. I am realistic about my medical care and appreciate honesty and realistic results. This has not been my experience with this office.”
