He is VERY rude and hateful with his patients. Or, maybe that's only on the work comp side of things, which is all I have experience with. If you're on work comp, and you're looking for a provider that is compassionate and caring, find someplace else to go.”

“After waiting over a month for this place to deny my referral because my condition is not severe enough I am furious. I was already approved by another pain management clinic but they did not take my insurance so I got referred to ICT. Every time I called to check on my referral the receptionists were rude and short. I would not trust this place to take care of your pain and needs!”

“Don't waste your time with this place. They wasted weeks of my time claiming they couldn't take my file without more records. Then when they got the records showing my extensive disease spread, they kept telling the doctors they were looking at it and would call back. They said the doctor had information in hand on October 8th and would call with a decision. Today, October 14th the primary advised me to try calling them. I did and suddenly they have an answer but it was so strange. They never called to give it to my doctors like they claimed. They claimed the CDC doesn't recommend any of their treatments for my diagnosis? My diagnosis is rare and affects many organs. There's no one size fits all recommendation for it and any current treatment standards are definitely not coming from the CDC for such a rare disorder. She kept repeating this rehearsed phrase like a robot. Very odd. Like I was a frequent caller or something. This was the first time I've ever called them. The phrase she said didn't really make sense. So I asked her to explain. She repeated it slower and louder. Like I was mentally challenged and hard of hearing. I said "no I don't need you to repeat it. I heard what you said. It doesn't make any sense no matter how loud or slow you say it." She gave super vague answers that were basically "we aren't capable of helping" or "we simply don't want to because this case would require actual work." So yeah if you want to have them waste your time and give some nonsense unprofessional answer like that after months of runaround. Then sure call them. Maybe if you have something common like pawpaw's arthritis this place could work for you. Otherwise I would heed the other warnings and avoid this unprofessional place.”
