“I'm sick of this place. What is the point of having an appointment if you're just going to be waiting for an hour+ anyway???? Because I had to sit there with my mother for so long waiting I missed my own appointment and had to pay a late fee. I'd look else where if you value your time and money*Update*I would accept the response if this were a one off, but it's been like this almost every time I've had to take her. Any other appointment I can pick her up and have her home in 2 hours. Every time I take her to this place I have to take a half day from work or work until 10pm to make up the time. I'm lucky I have the flexibility I do with my job or I'd lose my job sitting waiting for my mother to be seen...”
