Patient Testimonials

I have seen so many pain doctors in the past 2 years for my back. Dr. Berry was the most attentive and educated doctor I worked with. He was so kind and actually listened to me.

Dr. Berry is negligent. For some back story, I am a blue-collar working man. The body I was born with is my tool to make a living. I have double curvature scoliosis, torn meniscus & MCL in both knees, and pinched nerves in my left shoulder. I live with chronic pain which has been well documented for most of my life. I recently had surgery (01/02/25) on my left knee to repair the tear stated above. I vocalized with my surgeon and pain management (Dr. Berry) multiple times before, during, and after that they will need to communicate with each other on my recovery since my surgeon needed Dr. Berry's "okay" for pain treatment. Dr. Berry couldn't be bothered to reach out or respond to my surgeon. I had to call Dr. Berry's office every day after asking for some kind of follow up. I didn't get any kind of response till Saturday 01/04/25. Not only did I have to recover from surgery with absolutely no pain medication but when Dr. Berry felt kind enough to actually treat me & send in some medication, he called in a dose that was 2.5mg lower than my daily dose with a quantity of 12 and instructions to take every 6 hours. I think anyone can do that math and guess that quantity did not last allotted time. Thus, starting my phone calls again with you guessed it... No response!

I have been seen by Dr Hugh Berry multiple times for multiple bulging disks. He is very thorough when looking at my past medical procedures and charts and the epidural injections keeps me from feeling and walking around like a 90 year old lady and helping relieve a lot of my every day pain. I have referred multiple people to him and will continue. His nurses and staff are very friendly and truly care.

Had my first appointment today with Dr. Berry, and was very pleased with both the office staff, and Dr. Berry. I have multiple health issues and daily pain, and he took the time to review my past medical history and explain in detail how each problem could feed into my chronic pain. I've had issues in the past with doctors not being interested enough to actually diagnose a problem, and just treat multiple symptoms. He seems motivated to get to the bottom of my pain. A very kind, caring, and thorough doctor.
