My mom was in the ER I until 2 am she already has had open heart surgery and felt like she was in a fib Sue was suppose to get a heart monitor approved by insurance and call my mom back. She never got that call even though everything was approved. 4 pm everyone at the hospital was gone that could put the monitor on her Nobody can ever do their job but if anything happens between now and Monday what will their excuse be then??”
