“I have been a patient at Red Rock since I first moved to Wyoming in 2017. It was hard to start over, especially at my age, and various medical issues. Keristyn has epitomized a true primary care physician. Even when I had issues that were being treated by a specialist, she got all *mama bear* and helped get things in track, to help my treatment move along. I have seen Jeremiah, when I was in pain, and he also listened and helped me get treatment. Charlie, Gina and Kelsey ( I'm sure I'm missing some) are always helpful with questions and scheduling. “My family had the most horrendous experience with Red Rock in Worland today! These people are NOT caring medical professionals, they do not care about your life, all they care about is their "policy"! My family of 4 had regular checkup appointments with Red Rock in Worland. We were told by the front desk that we have to wear masks in the clinic which is understandable due to Covid. However, my kids and I have medical conditions which prevent us from wearing a mask and I have told the front desk lady so, she asked why (which medical condition) which I believe is in violation of HIPAA) and I told her she could not ask that. Then she went to the back to get the Dr to talk to me, I told the dr (Keristine) if we were to wear masks, we would all be going to ER, she said she had to ask us to leave unless we wear masks, I asked her : so even if wearing masks will put us into ER, we still have to wear it? she said yes and then proceeded to ask me if I am ready to wear a mask! my whole family walked out after that even my husband can wear a mask. There is absolutely no compassion from these so called medical professionals, no reasoning, they do not care about your life, they only care about their mask policy even if it will get to ER.! My family and my extended family will never go back to Red Rock again! You would think that as medical professionals, they would understand that due to medical conditions, some people simply cannot wear masks, but not these "professionals"! they are mask enforcers, not real healthcare providers!!”
