“jamie mcalister labled me as a drug addict and a drug seeker upon our visit. she decided within only a few minutes that I need psychiatric treatment. she doesn't know that I am on full government disability but she calls me a liar and a faker and drug seeker. I have had doctors try to get me to take more xanax and I have refused over the 15 to 20 years that I have been taking it without getting myself addicted. IREFUSED MORE AND HIGHER DOSAGE BECAUSE I AM NOT A DRUG USER. So I left this office to seek medical care and jamie told my new PCP that I am just looking to "use them as pharmacy". So I now have to leave this practice, Genesis Health because they are treating me the same way. Even though I had a wonderful first visit there they completely turned on me at the next visit. So I now have no doctor-again. I am all alone in a state where I know no one because I am strong enough to leave my abusers and manage my life but jamie wants to convince me that I am crazy, unstable and in need of psychiatric care. I am not on drugs so I will use what little energy I have-due to my health needs-to file professional complaints against you and hope health. You have interfered with my attempts at seeking health care and you have absolutely no basis on which to make these accusations other than women like me make you feel inadequate and insecure. Yes I cried at our first visit but I had recently had a heart attack. This does not make me crazy. I am terrified to even try another doctor as the south has so much insane hatred for strong women that I fear you may have me arrested. You were very wrong in all of your assumptions about me, Miss Jamie and I will let the world know about it so that you don't treat other women and underdogs in the same hostile and judgmental way. I have spent my life standing up to bullies like you and I will continue to do so. Unless you want to apologize and make this right for me. Thank you.”

“I have seen Jon Docherty , my Rheumatologist for approximately 1 1/2 years rotating every 5 months with his nurse practitioner. Dr. Docherty has been very compassionate in listening to my inform him of my symptoms of pain in my knees and hips due to Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis affecting my joints and minimizing my walking and activities of daily living. He and NP Patel has changed my medication several times in order to attempt to bring me pain relief. Recently on July 31,2025 I texted him in the patient portal to inform him that the medication he ordered in June which I had been on for 2 months giving it time to work in my system had not helped knee and hip pain, stiffness, and mobility. On August 1, 2025, I received a call from my pharmacy that I had 2 new prescriptions. One pill and one arthritis gel. I just want to give him THANKS for these medicines as they are working 1 1/2 hour after taking and applying. I have No More Pain and Stiffness and I have increased mobility and Not using a cane to assist with walking. He has also has ordered blood work which I will have done on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. In lieu of all the negative comments posted, I just want to Thank Dr. Docherty for his medical knowledge, taking a good 15-20 minutes to listen to my ailments, make an assessment, and for his Sincere Compassion seen to attempt to work to bring about a resolution to my pain, stiffness, and immobility. If I highly recommend for you to choose a Dr. Jon Docherty as your Rheumatologist. I BELIEVE and teach that Doctors are an extension of the Lord (if you are a Christian) which He uses but God is the Master Healer. Therefore, I am looking to the Lord in the near future to bring Total Healing without the use of any medication. Thank You Dr. Jon Docherty and may the Lord Bless You.”
