“Dr Carobene has been the best pain Dr I've had over the last 10 years. Her bedside manner is straight forward and honest, and she always tells me what my options are without trying to push me into any procedure, and NEVER has she taken any chances on performing something unnecessarily risky or dangerous. I have to be at a high level of trust before I let anyone go poking enormous needles into my spine. I felt that in my first appt with Dr Carobene and that has only grown over the couple years she has been keeping me going. I trust her with my life unquestionably. She recently did 2 epidurals at the base of my cervical fusion that were an amazing difference. But she has worked on me from tip to tail. She goes above and beyond with caring, and has been sincerely apologetic if she can't make it better. Finally, turnaround time on getting in to see her is so much faster than any other pain Dr I've had but a large margin. Wish I didn't need a pain Dr, and grateful that Dr Carobene is there.”

“Dr. Carobene is great. The staff have been beyond rude and frustrating every time I've called with a question or issue. I've been in care for almost 2 full months. I called requesting an MRI script after being advised to BY THE DR and was repeatedly denied sending a message to the Dr until I had my in person appointment and could talk to her myself. When my dad was at his appointment the next week here he mentioned the issue and Dr. C agreed there was a large mistake in communication on their side. When trying to get through to her office, a scheduler was unable to transfer me after 3 calls and even told me on the phone that she can see they have no patients at the moment from the schedule and suggested perhaps everyone was on a "snack break" and not answering the phones... One particular nurse is impossible and because of her and her blocking my ability to speak to the Dr or receive even a call back regarding my files I have requested all my medical records and canceled my future appointments with them. I will be finding a new practice. Unfortunate because Dr. Carobene was great and I'm in desperate need of care but her staff ruined the dr/patient relationship. Would never recommend and would HIGHLY advise finding a different practice.”
