“I just moved to Pennsylvania from Colorado. Be advised this pain management clinic is just for your back/spine. I called the receptionist and spoke with her. She explained I needed a referral from my orthopedic surgeon which I called and got. When I spoke to her in the beginning I explained to her that I have a damaged foot that has had three surgeries and I'm in a lot of pain and looking to get the cortisone shot or something. She called back later in the day after she got the referral and let me know that this is strictly a spine back clinic and they do not do any other kind. I was not happy bothering my orthopedic to get a referral that I can't even use. Now I'm going to have to call them and get a referral for somewhere else which is I'm sure frustrating for them as well as myself.”
