“The staff was great .Dr. Dechillis didn't even examine me just stood there talking to me. I got a MRI at his request which showed I have 3 mildly bulging discs in my lower lumbar area which caused me pain when bending forward and 2 cysts. I did research on my own and found out that I probably shouldn't be working due to this finding until the discs are healed up. He told me I can work with no limits. I was recommended to see a physical therapist at Heritage Valley hospital and she's great and hopefully get me on the right track.”

“One star is being generous, but their nurses earned them a second. Debbie, Desiree and Lynn are the best part of this practice. Otherwise, even with my MRIs proving my issues, I have been treated like a drug seeking junkie. I wouldn't be surprised if they flagged my chart by now. I have asked for tramadol once. Anytime I asked for a different non-opioid prescription, I was treated and blatantly accused of requesting an opioid. The doctors care just enough to get you by, but not enough to identify and treat your symptoms. I know the opioid crisis still has a huge impact om the medical field and especially pain management. However, it's making life unlivable to those who actually suffer. Look into other options, before you're stuck getting the run around about your root issues.. As well as poor treatment, like me.”

“Horrible experience - not staffed properly at all but keep booking patients. Called to move me up 4 hours, then told me no nurses today, manager took vitals, then sat for nearly an hour with no one coming in - will be going to another group. Wasted a month in pain on them!”
