“I'm not sure where the recent negative reviews are coming from. So far I've had two steroid injections with them into my spine for herniated discs compressing a nerve root. They've been super nice and professional. Of course, it doesn't completely take away the pain. Nothing will. That's why it's called Pain Management and not Pain Resolution. They do their best, but they aren't miracle workers. For what they are and what they are there for, they do a good job.”

“Don't waste your time come in here if you're looking for help with pain relief, if it ain't terminal, you won't get no meds other than NSAIDs what a joke waste of time. I need multiple bone fusions and they offer me physical therapy and NSAIDs.”

“Management for pain is a joke at best. Both medications theyve given me didnt touch pain, but told to just hold off for multiple weeks without any relief. Informed them my injection didnt touch me and again told to hold off for 3 weeks with nothing to try pain management. Staff is friendly when there but outside of the clinic its a joke.”

“I was scheduled for a procedure on a Monday, they called me on the Friday before to tell me that they don't have authorization for the procedure! Spoke to my insurance to find out what is going on only to find that no authorization was ever sent to my insurance! Trying to sort this out on a Friday before a procedure is unacceptable to say the least.”
