“Worse clinic I've been to in 15y. 9 serious diagnoses and they have 3 written down. Severe spinal issues with over 2 dozen surgeries all thoracics are moderate to severe herniated, major OA throughout spine and lower extremities. 2wks post-op and they claim hyperalgesia and immediately cut my med 33% ,then I was mandated 1 day 1 time only. Director was present with scribe 1st x ever. Bed sores and they cared less and then mandated 28 day appointments when I was always at 3 month and perfect record with all clinics. I refused the conditions and was immediately discharged from care. First NP was fired Anna Darylample, PharmD lied about everything have all on recording. New NP Timothy Gbehen got up and walked out. Multiple complaints already filed and more to come to all agencies and the hunt for a lawyer begins. Stay away at all costs. Take this seriously folks they don't care about patients or their loved ones and threaten to immediately discharge without meds while they don't follow a single thing on contract and their psychology lady canceled 3x 15 minutes b4 appointment and then quit. Good luck to all who desperately need help and get treated like addicts and dirt. They all want money only”

“Understand they will change ur provider's offen. They nurse I've seen 6 times never remembers who I am. I'm permanently disabled and have had to see there addiction counselor who told them I'm not addicted but yet they take me through all sorts of changes every month. Avoid place. Even though there people out here using meds for the wrong thing, people who are suffering should not be treated this poorly. Currently looking for a new clinic, were they will treat me like I matter.”

“I took my friend here which is a heart patient with bad pain ...I am also from the medical field ...the Doctor was really rude and didn't allow the pt. To tell him her pain i started to talk and he shut me down as well ...I said I will be quiet and started looking at my phone ..the Dr. Shut down his PC and walked out ..the office nurse comes in and asked us to leave and encourage us to contact patient rep ..we asked why she said the Dr. Accused me of recording his behavior " not" I was on my Facebook.. patient left untreated her pain was so extreme here heart rate was 145 ...we are going to the board about this Dr. ...guess he didn't sleep last night ...never go here people n”
