“DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Staff are rude, had to call every day for updates because they wouldn't call me back when changes were made. They don't communicate with each other and it caused a delay with my insurance company to approve a procedure, after already waiting a week because of their mistake, when I called them out on it they were extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back 3 days later for an update with my insurance and they said due to my "aggression" over the phone, they are releasing me from their clinic. They hide their mistakes by throwing patients out. Terrible!”

“I am a 16 year chronic migraine sufferer and I have been seeing Dr. Mccarver over a year and I love it! He does not treat me like a drug seeker as most doctors will and have. He listens to me and makes necessary changes as needed. The ONLY problem I've had is once he's told me one thing in ref to FMLA and then it wasn't charted bc he changed his mind. I wish pain doctors would do FMLA bc seeing a pain Dr is a sign of dealing with a chronic issue. I ended up losing my job, but I'm not blaming Dr. Mccarver; however, FMLA would have been a game changer for me. Other than this, I'm always treated nicely by the staff and I know I may work their nerve sometime. I absolutely love this pain management office.”
