“I'll start by saying Dr. Peloquin's steroid injections for my severe degeneration in my cervical spine were temporarily very affective for my pain. He is professional and kind and his assistant during the procedure is also a pleasure. He convinced me to pay over $14000 out of pocket for stem cell surgery in 2022 that sounded very promising for a long term solution. After being rescheduled a couple times, one reason being him catching Covid, I decided to hold off on the procedure. I was refunded my deposit with no problem. Fast forward to May 2023 my pain became unbearable and I asked my primary doctor for a referral to see him again. When I went to schedule the woman at the front desk was very rude and told me I had a balance. I paid it on the spot with no problem. It was only $140.00. Keep in mind after every appointment I attempted to pay my copay and would be told nothing was due. My mother even attempted to pay one time during one of my procedures and was told the same. Anything I said to this woman was met with rudeness and arguing for no reason. She told me I missed an injection in Oct 2022. This would have been AFTER the scheduled Stem Cell surgery and unnecessary. The appointment should have never been scheduled. The Dr told me in July 2022, I couldn't have anymore injections until after Oct because my body needed a break. I never scheduled the Oct appointment because the stem surgery was scheduled for September. I ended up getting scheduled for June 13 2023 for a follow up. I put it in my calendar for July 13 instead. Totally my fault the appointment was missed. But maybe if that woman wasn't so nasty during our interaction I may not have made that mistake. I left that interaction in tears and went to Lab Corp across the parking lot to complete some required labs. One of the staff members said they had also been mistreated by this woman and had numerous patients come in with the same complaints . The other staff member said she had positive experiences with the clinic but had also heard numerous complaints. I called today to reschedule and was told I couldn't be seen.”

“Dr Peloquin has been my pain manager for at least 15 years or more. I suffered from chronic severe pain due to an auto accident when I was 15 year old and a 20 foot fall about 25 years ago that dislocated my left SI joint. After it was corrected, the joint was hyper mobile so had three titainian implants inserted through the joint which helped with stabilization but they broke loose so was back in pain again. After stem cell therapy, in both the SI joints and my degenerative/bulging discs in my upper back, I can drive to KC (2 1/2 hours) without sitting on a pillow or stopping to exercise. I am 77 years old now, still live on my 400 acre farm, burn firewood for heat, clearing brush out of fence rows, repairing fence and cutting down nuisance trees to the extent the tree lovers are yelling at me. I blame it all on Dr Peloquin.”
