“I truly wish I could recommend this office, but I cannot. The staff consistently displays a lack of professionalism, calls are left on hold for well over 15 minutes, and the in-office wait routinely exceeds an hour. Appointment times do not seem to matter, as you are rarely -- if ever -- seen at the scheduled time. Additionally, the physician appears to selectively prioritize patients based on out-of-pocket payment, which is deeply concerning. I hope this feedback encourages much-needed improvements and prompts the appropriate investigation into this practice.”

“I came from NYC needed a pm doctor to transfer to, my neighbor suggested Dr Liebowitz. That was 6 years ago and I am extremely happy with him and his staff. I don't understand the people who wrote reviews saying that Ruth and Henry are rude. I have never had any issues like that with anyone there, I'm also a medicade/Medicare person. Dr Liebowitw does take his time to hear everything you need to tell him; doesn't rush through your appointment. So, if he's behind it's because he's listening to make the right decision for you. My primary is the same way.”

“Doctor is always at least an hour behind. He sees patients that are higher paying out of pocket first. Lies to your face about getting better about seeing patients on time. In over 10+ years hasn't been on time. Wait is anywhere from 1 hour post appointment time to up to 3 hours. Always has an excuse for HIS untimely self. Now has patients signing form that they will be charged for being more than 15 minutes late for an appointment again as this has already been done in the past.”
