The nurse was ready for me as soon as I stepped in the waiting room. Taylor, the nurse who checked my vital signs, made me feel comfortable by making sure I understood the process and periodically checking to see if I was fine during my wait for the doctor. The doctor assured me he would do his best to resolve my issue. I even received a courtesy call this morning. The jury is still out on success of the procedure, but overall the service is impeccably on point.”
