I actually argued with my primary when she referred me. I explored several other options and after tons of tests and brick walls, I made an appointment here. From day 1 they knew the right treatment and followed up to ensure the treatments were working as expected. When other doctors told me they couldn't help me or that I needed to learn to live with it and manage the pain, Dr. Ponder and MeMe both knew what I was dealing with and how to fix it. “If I could score this place and 99% of the staff a zero I would. I had to be there an hour before my appointment to fill out paperwork that could, and should have been available online. Add to that fun much of it was repetitive. Then I was called back over 2 hours late! I was the only person in the waiting room. My input on treatment for issues I have had for years was ignored. When I refused to consider the injections they wanted to start immediately they were appalled and unhappy. Never mind I have had a number of specialists I have seen for years tell me to not do them. Then I'm told the NP wanted labs. When I asked what and why that upset them more. I'm a retired nurse, I take no order without questioning it. Almost a month later and I still have no clue on the results. Imaging was supposed to be ordered and I had to call back a week later to see if it was sent anywhere. The nurse actually acted like I was clueless and it was my fault the hospital didn't have the paperwork. Of course they wouldn't give me the orders to hand carry for some reason. Needless to say my association with this clinic is one and done.”
