“Dr. Albrecht was kind enough to see me on a Sunday, however was never up-front about the costs for a visit. I was never informed that I would be charged for added treatments or what the cost of these items would be i.e. $10 for an ice pack, $30 for Low-volt Galvanic, $40 for Low Level Cold Laser, $15 for EMS pads, and an "Expanded Exam" for $175. As a life-long patient of chiropractors, I also felt as though the limited manual adjustment that I did finally receive was violent and not-helpful to my situation. I tried to contact Dr. Albrecht the following day to inquire why my treatment costs were so high. Dr. Albrecht became irate, irrational, defensive and very argumentative and hung up the phone on me. He was completely unwilling to listen to my questions and concerns or to work with me to come to a compromise.”
