“Was referred to him by my neurosurgeon after having 3 spine surgeries. I had 1 injection with him which worked for 1 week, I was explained by his nurse that it usually takes 3 injections. So she made me an appointment which was today. I went for my visit had to pay my copay before seeing him. Nurse Practitioner came in and advised me the same and was gunna see about scheduling then a worker came in and said that as of May 11th they were no longer accepting my insurance so I either had to pay cash or they no longer could help me.”

“I walked in for my appointment only to find 15 people in front of me waiting to be seen. If I wasn't a VA patient and didn't mind waiting another 3 months to get an appointment somewhere else, I would just leave. If this is how the front of the business is ran I cant wait to see how jacked up the back of the house is. Gotta love when the place the VA sends you ends up being worse than they are. Please find somewhere else to get care. Edit: I am not too proud to admit when I am wrong. Dr. Haydel and the staff are friendly and compassionate. Once I was brought to the back, the process was smooth and fast. Dont let the waiting room fool you!”
