“Office and scheduling staff never call you back. I have been trying to make an appointment for almost two weeks now. If you're actually able to reach a person, they tell you that the scheduler isn't available and they'll call you back. But they never do. I must have called this place upwards of ten times over the past two weeks. I was told on multiple occasions that someone would call me back same day and they just don't. I'm sure some people have positive experiences here but it is just so frustrating when I'm just trying to get care for my severe pain and I get the feeling they couldn't care less.”

“The staff here are so caring and kind. They follow up when they say they will and will remind you of your appointment or even when you might need a new Rx because you're down to your last fill. That is awesome alone! Dr Carlson is a very kind doctor who take the time to hear you and create a plan of treatment including your wants and needs in the process. He communicates clearly but isn't patronizing, explains what and why he wants and does the things he's doing and he is just clearly a caring individual. I try and tell them all everytime I've gone in how much I appreciate their caring and kindness. It's not all doctors or their entire office that act this way and I'm sad we have to move away.”

“Incompetent office staff who read orders incorrectly thereby dragging out treatment intervals by weeks. Disrespectful of patients' time, double scheduling or just bad time management, which means you get to sit around waiting to be seen in excess of an hour, repeatedly. Once they forgot to tell him he had a Tele-health scheduled and if I hadn't called them after waiting for 45 minutes...who knows. Repeatedly got the feeling he wasn't really listening or he was just very impatient. Zero bedside manner during procedures. He'll talk story with his staff in the OP room and totally ignores you. I finally walked out after a ridiculously long wait and don't plan on ever going back.”
