Our Mission at HI Pain is to give chronic pain sufferers the best possible outcome while providing them with the best possible experience. Our Philosophy at HI Pain is to treat chronic pain using a multi-disciplinary approach, combining minimally invasive, state-of-the-art techniques with good, old-fashioned individualized care. We do NOT believe in using opioid medications (a.k.a. narcotics) or other addictive medications to treat chronic, non-cancer pain as these substances work only very transiently by masking the pain and do more harm than good in the long run. We believe in finding the root cause of the pain and focusing our minimally invasive treatments such as injections and nerve blocks on these so-called "pain generators."

Patient Testimonials
“I want to leave a good review, but they never answer their phone. I've left messages and voice mails and have not got a return call. I''m somewhat starting to think their "phone operator" is outsourced to another country.. Insurance is showing procedure is "DENIED", and I cannot get ahold of anyone at this location to confirm. Parking is probably the worst I've ever seen.. Will consider updating later, but for now, not a great experience. My initial diagnosis was also very concerning. They basically were like, "yeah yeah yeah, we're going to schedule you for injections." . . . but like, no real assessment. Just me saying I have pain in a location and PT has not been working. I mean, maybe this is the issue, but with no physical or doctor present, it felt very odd.. almost like a cookie cutter response. Get as many injections lined up to rake in that insurance money - that's how it honestly feels. Not sure. Been living with moderate to severe lower back pain that nothing has been able to help with. Physical therapy, strong pain medications and muscle relaxers, yoga, massage, chiropractic, everything.. And even after the consult, the actual procedure was scheduled for nearly 2 months out. [Update] - After months of leaving voice mail, they have not called me back. Had a case manager assigned to my referral who also gave up and changed the referral to another location.”

“Had an appointment and decided to cancel due to front desk lacking customer service. Your front desk/ phone operator is the first impression of your business and it should be taken seriously. Front desk customer service especially over the phone is terrible I believe her name is "Algeen Violan". Attitude with tone of voice, lacks compassion during phone call when trying to make appointment by cutting me off mid sentence of my questions, quick to hang up instead of answering my inquiries. Never will recommend this place. If you can't get your front desk right, how can I trust that the doctors will be any better?”

“Do not at all costs schedule with Dr Garcia, especially in the morning. I scheduled several appointments for morning procedures and each time he was irresponsibly late! Not like 10-15 minutes but over an hour. His staff knows he is chronically late but still schedules him. If he is so irresponsible with getting to work in time please beware of his responsibility as a doctor when he's injecting you. Was he responsible enough to get the education he needed or just slid by with c's? Not sure but he is highly irresponsible! My appointment was for 8 and I'm still sitting here waiting”

“The nurse here is super helpful and caring. She answered my questions throughly and gave me the care I needed for my pain. Clinic is clean and staff is friendly. Nice seating area too.”
