“I keep getting disappointed by the service, today, July 11 a prescription was called into Longs drug store in Kihei and they forgot to write the number of pills to be given, I got the message while I was still in Kahului so I went back to the office at about 10:30 and by chance I saw Dr: Garcia step out and I explained to him the situation, he said he would take care of it. While I waited for Dr: Garcia to come back out I asked the assistant if I should wait for his answer, she said it was taken care and if not I would get a call. When I arrived at Longs they informed that the prescription was not fixed and if they wrote the prescription correctly and sent it in they would filled it, I proceded to call the office and explained again that they just had to send a new script, they promised that they would do it. I called back 4 times with the same message, the 4th time she said that they were very busy and would take care of it at the end of the day, it never happened and as a result I have to spend another night with nerve pain which could possibly have been avoided if they were responsible to their patient, me!”

“Natasha Murray is an excellent clinical operator. The two woman who greet and help with scheduling and health tasks in getting the patients visit . I feel they work well as a team with Natasha leading the clinics appointments. I have had two surgeries this year and was very glad to have the support this group of staff in my quest to heal and be able to live my life as a Older adult with a team of people working to make that a reality.”

“This place should be closed down. I had an appointment for a procedure written on a card they gave me in office. I waited a month for the procedure and endured the pain. I went to office on the appointed day and they said no one was available. After looking further she said "oh, your appointment in in Ohau. Are you kidding me? The girls in the front office are rude and uncaring and you never get a phone call returned. Stay away from this place. I have requested my neurosurgeon for a referral to someome place more competent and professional.”
