“The staff is wonderful. Dr Knopp is very knowledgeable and patient. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. I have felt very comfortable and confident with any injections he has given me. And Erica Falger has been such a tremendous help to me. She remembers her patients, is very personable and relatable. She cares about the patient as a whole, physically and emotionally. Pain can be very exhausting and depressing so it's nice to know someone is looking out for you. She also takes her time and makes sure she reviews everything with you and answer any questions. I have trusted her judgement/recommendations with different things she has tried to help my pain, podcasts and books she has recommended. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The only downside is the wait time for appointments. It can sometimes take a couple of months but I don't mind the wait knowing the expertise and care they provide. Thankful I was referred to their office :)”

“I have been a patient since 2010. The place used to be good, but it has gone way downhill. Before COVID, it took two to three months to get a procedure such as an injection or to see a doctor. Patients are left to suffer in the meantime. After COVID, things really started to go into decline. Now, I understand that the doctor may have had financial difficulties because of COVID, but haven't we all? That shouldn't be taken out on his patients. Several good providers have left since due to internal BS. The staff is way overburdened. If you leave a request for a prescription refill, it can be up to four days before the staff addresses it. This just doesn't work if you have a medication that the pharmacy doesn't typically keep in stock, and there is no pharmacy in town that will order it ahead of time without a prescription. The office won't let you request your medication more that a week ahead of time. But, if they don't handle your request until days later and it's a Friday, then the pharmacy can't get your medication in until Tuesday, and you're screwed. The unfortunate thing is that this happens often, and the staff just doesn't care. I do understand that the problem lies somewhere in management, because the problems here persist no matter how much the staff changes over. But, it's even less of the patients' fault then it is that of the staff. There is no reason to be curt with the patient when he (or she) has a legitimate complaint. Once upon a time this place could say they were elite. But, no matter how elite the staff may be, there are so many deficiencies that it doesn't show.”

“The unprofessionalism and neglect from this establishment is disgusting. To be met with hostility when asking a simple question is uncalled for. Also, prescribing an epileptic patient a seizure increasing opioid is nothing but criminal. Someone will be held accountable.”

“Zero stars if possible. Severe pain for months and have been waiting on my spinal epidural for 4 months while in pain to have them cancel the appointment last week last minute and tell me they can't reschedule me until April. How is this ok? Im in pain.”
