“I will start this review by saying I have seen that when medical clinics don't like people's patient reviews they say things at the bottom of it like: Gee--we don't see you registered as a patient here. Have you confused us with a different clinic? No I haven't and neither has my insurance. You billed them for me. Or--Gee why didn't you reach out to us first so we could have fixed this issue for you? I did reach out to you Ms Jori Brooks the office manager. But you were committed to misunderstanding me because your office dropping the ball does not align with your image. This clinic has lost several physicians that have not been replaced. They have several nurse practitioners that do a lot of the work. I was told in the beginning by a medical professional in this office that I would be seen once a year by my Dr and the rest of the visits by a nurse practitioner. I was told later by another employee of theirs that I would never see a Dr again unless I had a procedure being done. I started out with a one time visit with Dr Girgis who was a pleasant, kind physician. I never saw him again. Every 3 months I saw a nurse practitioner. Never a Doctor. I got a letterhead saying Dr Girgis was leaving and another Dr would see me at this office. That never happened. I was kept on and month after month I was written prescriptions for an controlled substance when I never saw the prescribing Dr. I do not know what these remaining Drs at Harbin Spine and Pain look like. I couldn't pick them out of a lineup. I suspect this is illegal to dispense controlled substances in Georgia month after month without actually seeing the patient. I did not feel safe staying at this clinic as a patient so I left. I should add that front office and check out staff were great.”

“Not a long wait, at all... straight to the point in at 10am and out 10:49. The staff is so friendly & Dr. Mitchell is so pleasant. She makes me feel so important. UPDATE: I am a brutally honest person with a spirit against addiction of any kind. My honesty was judged harshly & I was punished for it. There are spur-of-the-moment pill count visits you must attend. Make 1 mistake, and she tosses you out of the program.”
