“Dr. Hap is great. The nursing staff is wonderful now for the reason I personally left and wouldn't recommend. The clinical side has shady billing practices and the nurse practitioner only cares about racking up your bill. I chose to leave and wein myself off the pain meds because I got tired of unexplained bills and forever owing them hundreds of dollars without explanation. I can't do business like that. Again I will say Dr. Hapworth is great and the nursing staff is top notch. It's unfortunate the nurse practitioner and billing department are shady.”

“Dr. Hapworth took plenty of time explaining my epidural before, as well as during the procedure telling me step by step what to expect next. After the procedure, he explained what to expect in the days following. He was very pleasant and didn't try to rush through our conversation. The rest of the staff were cheerful and helpful. It is their policy to call the day after to check on patient condition. I would not hesitate to return if another procedure is needed.”

“Wylie Arnett.......... Dr. Hapworth was very helpful at first. I've had multiple epidurals over the years zero issues I had my second T level epidural at location - went home felt a little dizzy, eyes blurry, bad headache, and my ears were ringing really loud - called surgery center they told me to lay flat. Later was told by another Dr. possible spinal leak should have went to ER. When I had follow up appointment with Dr. Hapworth I was telling him what all happened- like I said this had never happened before so I was concerned- he acted upset - told me the second one was under xray exactly like the first one .......told me hydrocodone can cause ringing- changed meds cut them in half ......lol..... Guess that will teach me to keep my mouth shut .....anyway asked two pharmacists 30+ years, and two other doctors they said they've never heard that before. I think he was really trying to help me- I'm not mad, and maybe he was concerned about a lawsuit which I would never do with someone who is trying to help me .......anyway I wish him the best”
