“I referred both of my parents to Dr. Nasr's office. He was a saving grace initially, but the quality of care has gone downhill tremendously. It seems as though he's more focused on opening new office locations than he is on patient care on managing his existing office staff. My dad was in a significant pain flare and tried to get in for an appointment, but the office staff would never get him in and Dr. Nasr failed to call for several phone visits. My dad happened to have an appointment with his primary, who could tell that he didn't look good and ordered him some pain medications. My dad was fully aware of Dr. Nasr's policy about not getting medications elsewhere, but given the difficulty getting in to the office he called and asked the office if it would be okay to pick up the prescription in this circumstance. THE OFFICE STAFF TOLD HIM IT WOULD BE FINE. I was present for the call, I heard it myself. I asked them to make note in the file that they said it would be okay. They said they did. He goes in for his appointment today and Dr. Nasr fired him as a patient. Good riddance!”

“Terrible communication, I only agreed to one injection and instead he made 3 very painful injections that went far passed my deductible. Then rudely argued trying to preform more injections while using false terminology referring to a lower lumbar fusion as "removing the discs" and "taking out vertebrae". I truly hope my experience was an isolated incident.”
