Patient Testimonials

So I have severe spinal stenosis and with Dr. Nasr we explored all the avenues to find pain relief. Obviously medication played a part until he did the Vertiflex surgery for me and I can say today that I no longer have a need for the narcotics that I was previously having to use. He and his staff are very good and if you are serious about finding true long term relief and a pathway out of the constant need for drugs then I would strongly consider him a great ally on your side. Thank you Dr. Nasr for the excellent help over the years.

My husband, Dan, has been going to Dr Nasr for several years for extreme pain and we wouldn't go to anyone else. Dr Nasr and his office team truly care for their patients. We've always been greeted with a smile and and received the best care possible. Just recently, Dr Nasr did a Neuro Spinal Stimular Implant and Dan is getting better. Thank you Dr Nasr!

Been going to this pain managment for at least 5 yrs. Started going for lower back pain. First it was ok, then my pain started to get worse. Started with muscle relaxers, wich didn't help. Then it was injection after injection. Was told my facet joints were the problem. Pain kept getting worse and worse. Fast forward to about 2021this doctor attempted a nerve ablation, wich he could not perform as he told me that if I started to feel down my leg, he would have to stop the procedure. Well I started to feel pain down my leg. After years of telling him that nothing is working, he put me on this butrans patch. At first it worked. Was on that for about almost a year then it stopped working, while I was still on muscle relaxers. Fast forward to early 2023, I told him I'm done with pills, injections, and that I could no longer use the pain patch as I had an allergic reaction to it. I demanded he do an MRI, and found out that I had stenosis, 3 bulging discs. I asked to be referred out to a neurosurgeon. Went to this neurosurgeon in Fresno, and I'm glad I did. Not only did I have stenosis and 3 bulging discs, but was also informed that the cauda equina was being severed by vertebrae that was out of alignment, and one wrong move, I would be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life!! 4 yrs, and this "pain managment doctor" couldn't do this and find out sooner?? I set up my surgery for November 2023, wich included a lower lumbar cushion at L2,3andL4, remove the stenosis and repair the nerves. had it done, and was on the mend, doing great, until May 2024, when I started having sciatic pain in my left side. I told dr. Nasyr, he put me on lyrica for nerve pain, said it should help. Nope, had to keep increasing it. I go back to my neurosurgeon and ask for an MRI, have it done, and find out that I need another fushion at not only L5, but also up in the thoracic spine. I go to dr. Nasyr to tell him that my neurosurgeon has referred me to his pain specialist, nasyr says "well I can't see you anymore then"... very rude, almost like he was upset about it, like I was to blame. That's it, no time to see if I was going to do go to this other specialist. Not only this, but didn't even give me written notice that he would no longer see me as a patient wich is mandatory by law. If you ask me, I really think that nasyr is a quack. As for the girls in his office, and his PA, they are amazing!!

I have been calling this office for months and have been given the runaround by a Yanira. Every time I spoke to her I had to hash out everything that she last told me. It has been 4 months and I should have seen the Dr. By now. I went to the office today in person amd she changed her tone. As I was walking away she was laughing. That is not how you treat patients. She shouldn't have the opportunity to work there anymore because she intentionally acted the way she did.
