“Typical pain center. Give a SI injection and if that don't work go back to therapy for Piriformis syndrome. Now going to the pain clinic on Meridian that does ultrasound of deep gluteal/subgluteal space (sciatica-nerve glide & ischiofemoral didtance) injection. Finally realized what it probably is after going through my history of MRIs/pain history. My fault for not writing it all down but they probably don't do them especially considering piriformis injections don't normally reach the piriformis muscle most of time anyway! I have pretty much had that with all the dry needling I've had in the past that only caused more pain! Nice quick money maker though. Nice but same old same old.”
