What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Caine was wonderful! I've seen several physicians at OrthoArkansas but this was my first time with Dr. Caine. He answered my questions and he discussed my x-rays with me. After 10 back surgeries, I totally think OrthoArkansas is a great place for anyone with any kind of back issues. I'll definitely see Dr. Caine again!”

“Dr Cain was very nice and he seems like a good person, but I just got the same answer from last few pain doctors. Chronic pain it's in my back - they want to do shots that don't help or medicine that doesn't work on me or has bad side effects like gabapentin, fall asleep at wheel hallucinate. I'm just one of those people who have always had problems with medication. Even at younger age. These pain doctors I've seen put me on Narco and it was only thing that helped at least 3-4 hours. Then they take it away and I fall and fracture my back and they don't give me anything for relief and pain. So it's same ole song and dance with a lot more pain. And they wonder why I go to hospital so much? I just was hoping this doctor would be different and help me. But he didn't even really listen to me about tension until, just cut me short and said he didn't do that. 3 strikes at this Dr game to get me out of pain and back to half ass normal life. Please I need help with my pain & really don't want to be pushed to doing something that just makes me worse or it's meds that's for other things to try to treat my pain, seizure medication for chronic pain and neuropathy??? Gabapentin is a type of seizure medication. Please someone help me understand what is happening here and why can't I take what helps even though everything else seems not too. I know my body and I know that most doctors are seeing me as a opiate junky...But I'm just a human being who has fell many times and it's not me it's neuropathy. But the one thing i feel relief from is what doctors stared me on and I took for 10-12 years and now I feel like I am not ever going to get better. No doctor is willing to give me anything that makes me feel like I'm not going to break. Cause depression is sitting in along with not having any quality of life.”
