“The two times I went I really liked the doctor but on my third visit I got there 10 minutes early waited a half hour after my appointment went up to the front desk to ask how much longer and they said it would be an additional 25 minute wait. That would mean I would be waiting an hour after my appointment. I'm sorry I just don't have time in my life for that. I need to find another PT. I called to cancel all future appointments.”

“Doctor's are great, office staff, not so much. I had a 10:15 am. appointment on Friday 8/1. I arrived at 10, waited until 10:40 at which point I asked if they knew I was there as I had seen a number of people come in after me, go in before me. At this time, I was immediately taken back only to wait until 11:05 at which point I was told the doctor would be with me "shortly". I asked, what exactly does shortly mean as I have other places to be, I was told "at least" another 10 minutes. At this point I decided to leave. I went to the front desk and requested they cancel my payment, I had to leave. They assured me the payment would be voided and someone would call me to confirm. A few hours later, I called the office, now suddenly, the only person that can void a payment is out until Monday, I am assured this would be taken care of Monday and I would receive a call. Monday comes, nothing. Tuesday comes, I call them. I'm told someone would "look into this" and call back. I receive a call back asking me for more information, information I had already given everyone I spoke to. Now I'm told this would be taken care of today or tomorrow and I'd receive a call back. So now on 8/5, I have not yet received a refund for services I was NOT provided on 8/1. I will not be returning to this office, for two reasons. One, this refund insanity and the second, every single time I go here, I spend an hour or more past my appointment time waiting and I'm seen for maybe 10 minutes at best. Furthermore, a word of advice to all doctors offices, don't give people an appointment an hour before you can see them. You charge us for missed appointment's, you want your time respected, that respect should go both ways. People leave work early or take off, some get sitters for their kids and then they are left to just sit there and wait for an absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful amount of time to be seen. Get it together.”

“Words cannot adequately express how much I appreciate Dr. Karim! He has taken care of the pain I have in my knees like no one else. However, my daughter suffers with challenges in her back & needed radio frequency ablation. She has had this procedure in the past & has been tormented in the process. I spoke with Dr. Karim & asked him if he would do this procedure for her. He promised that he would take care of her. Dr. Karim is a man of his word!! He not only took care of her throughout the procedure, my daughter was comfortable the entire time & I drove her home with both of us being filled with gratitude & pure joy!!
