“I regret to have to leave this review but it is accurate, I am 100% honest and have been my whole life. I've been a patient for at least 5 years here. The new nurse is rude, mean and incompetent, actually telling me to my face that I was one of the patients she "hated to see" because of my insurance. I even changed insurance mostly because of her! I didn't want to rock the boat so I never told anyone she did these things. She is disrupting the entire practice and misinforming the doctor. The whole office is in an uproar lately, he even fired a long-time employee. I thought Dr. Jahnke was kind originally but he never listened to or addressed my concerns and stopped trying to fix me. I'm left in major pain with almost no notice for no actual reason but the nurse's misinformation and the doctor not listening. He's changing professions and board certification anyway, go elsewhere or be sorry unless they fix these issues. You've been warned. :( Update 11/19: I finally found out what is causing my pain, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (which likely caused my Adhesive Arachnoiditis as well). He should have checked that when he saw me put my hands on the floor when I bent over... Would have saved a LOT of time and grief.”
