“Not the most professional office visit I have ever experienced. Nice people but the provider, obviously unseasoned, was being instructed during the exam. He even had to be told how to use the reflex mallet. Main issue...I was going to be referred for a nerve study. One hundred eight days, yes 108 days later I was contacted by the Neurology practice to begin paperwork to get scheduled. I had already moved on to another provider, had a nerve study, and scheduled with a hand/wrist specialist.”

“I have been dealing with severe back pain from an injury, this group of people are so amazing not only did they explain everything to me so I could understand it and not ( talk in doctor) they were extremely patient and understand. Careful and gentle when it came to the injections, they explained every step, so I knew what they were doing as they were doing it. The room was full of 5-6 doctors and nurses all there to help and make the process as easy and as comfortable as possible. I was feeling extremely un easy (due to back pain). The nurses gave me ice chips, a cool rag on my neck, and blew oxygen in my face to help calm me. They were 1000% on top of it. From beginning to end. I was not a number to them I was.... like family, they treated me with the utmost respect and took their time and didn't make me feel like I was a burden or taking up their time. I was constantly told to take my time that there was no rush when it was time to leave. I had a nurse at my side 98% of the time to see how I was doing, seeing if I needed anything and to take care of me. For an outpatient process, I have never felt so calm and respected and treated with such respect. I will definitely return for any and all other pain management concerns. Definitely worth the travel to see them”

In one appointment he said I just need to lose weight 3x .. like I never noticed. I'd probably be fit like before if I could do the things I use to. Anyway, so rude, beyond unhelpful, and unprofessional. Needless to say, they didn't do anything to help me.”
