They DO NOT FALSIFY urine drug tests, if you fail it's because you tested dirty, period!! I've had no problems with my tests because I was clean, period. If you follow the rules and their pain management guidelines, there will be no issues.”

“I really enjoyed this clinic. I am sad that they close down and since they close. D, my doctor refuses to fill my scripts. And his clinics sent me to the wrong clinic and I have been in pain since this place. I filled my script last. I really miss having my doctor that I had here. He did a knee injection on me and it was awesome. I didn't hurt all day or anything the way he did. It was amazing. And I really wish they would come back”

“I've had to deal with pain doctors the past two years. Some who were forcing injections/pain pumps/various forms of surgery without looking at my patient profile. Not the case here. Dr. D actually reads his patients files ahead of time. He's blunt and straight to the point, which I appreciate greatly. He won't push anything unless it's absolutely medically needed, but he will give his advice and directions up front. Three doctors later, I'm glad I found one that has empathy enough to read my profile (which is rare) and actually be straight forward to the point without beating around the bush. “So I went here before Covid and last visit in 2021. I'm a happy go lucky person that's nice to everyone until you piss me off. Well I got along with everyone at this clinic, I made them all masks and everything. When I got my last pain injection I had a headache for 2 weeks straight, no breaks in the pain. Then my blood pressure shot up and I had a seizure, which I've never had before. When asking Dr. Provenza, of course he denied doing anything wrong. Well since I confronted him with my problems and concerns, he "discharged" me for inappropriate behavior. This here proofs his wrongdoing to me. Found this out today and now that he has passed away, he can't justify his actions and lie about my "behavior" He wasn't the only shady doctor there, they fired the other one that was prescribing medication that actually helped me instead of covering the pain. If you want pain meds and don't want to fix your pain, this is the place to go, they give it out like candy.”
