“Absolutely Horrible Clinic - Avoid at All Costs This place is by far the worst medical facility I have ever experienced. The building is disgustingly dirty, the staff is unbelievably rude, and the so-called "doctor" can't even be bothered to see patients in person. Instead, you're forced to talk to someone on a computer screen who clearly doesn't care about you, your condition, or your pain. The only thing they care about is pill counts. They treat every single patient like a drug addict, no matter your history or situation. My elderly mother, who has never abused or sold her medication, is treated with nothing but suspicion and disrespect. I personally help manage her medication and know exactly what she takes, yet every visit she is treated like a criminal instead of a human being in pain. To make matters worse, this "provider" nearly killed my uncle by abruptly cutting him off his medicine, which landed him in the hospital. That tells you everything you need to know about how reckless and careless they are. They don't bother to learn about your condition, your history, or your pain level. To them, every patient is just a junkie off the street. I understand the opioid crisis is real, but this clinic has taken it to the extreme. They don't balance compassion with caution--they simply shame, belittle, and neglect people who are truly suffering. Elderly patients in agony are treated like criminals, while the staff acts cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is the worst possible place to seek care. Nobody should have to go here, especially vulnerable people who are desperate for relief. If you value your health, your dignity, and your life--stay far away.”

“The urine samples are left exposed on a table as everyone passes through the room. The man taking them leaves the samples on a table and goes outside the building or in the lobby to talk on the phone. The lobby is disgustingly dirty! I hate to sit on the dirty chairs! Some people at check in have been rude to the patients. And EVERY TIME we go the amount it costs is different, for exactly the same service! They made us pay our deductible up front! That should never happen! You leave with a $0 balance and return owing $60.00 to over $100.00. I called our insurance company to verify the amount. Insurance says we shouldn't have been billed that much! Haven't seen a doctor in person since Mrs Joanne retired. And the place has gotten worse since she has retired!”
