“Arrived at 9:45 AM for my 10:00 appointment. Waited for an hour and a half and decided to give up once it hit 11:30. Extremely unprofessional and no reasoning for that. Never was told by any staff how much longer it would be, etc. So frustrating as I already had to wait for this appointment in the first place, with 10/10 pain, and a referral from my neurosurgeon office. Edit: 17 days, 1 in person visit, and 3 calls later for them to finally refund me. This place is a joke.”
