“I have never been treated so rudely by a front desk! I got confusing text messages about the time to arrive. One said 310 which was my appointment and another said 230. Then the text said. " Arriving earlier than your scheduled arrival time is not necessary and may result in a longer wait. We look forward to seeing you!". This was very confusing and I arrived at 300 and they REFUSED to see me! And one last was veryrude and nasty about it! Now I have to drive all the way to odenton for another appointment and I'M IN PAIN! 1): the lady at the front desk needs costumer service training! 2): they need to fix the text messaging!”
