Patient Testimonials
“I really like Dr Chaudri, she has been a godsend, and her staff is always polite when I'm in the office. Randy is so polite and friendly, it's nice to see a smiling face when you enter. Chelsea is great and tries to help as much as possible, in office. My problem is when I call the office. I called in after my last SI injections bc I was concerned about the way I was feeling. I called in during business hours the same day. I told the person I spoke to that it was urgent that I get a call back before end of business day and no one EVER called back. Not that day, the next day, never! This is not the first time that I've had problems getting in touch with the office staff during business hours, it's impossible!!!”

“Dr. Burgess walked in and was very distant and flat in his tone. Didn't examine me, only glanced at my MRI imaging notes and immediately minimized my injury as only being "small", but he magically could see my pain was severe enough to schedule an injection within a week. Even his scheduling coordinator said he never overbooked his procedures "so he must see that you're in a lot of pain"(her words) Even still, he only prescribed 1 week's worth of meds on an "as-needed" basis. He prescribed a month's worth of muscle relaxers, but only a week for pain. If you've ever experienced a herniated disk then you understand. When I called to inquire about the quantity, I was then dismissed again and told it was an issue with my insurance and their policy for prescribing pain medication. Of course, I called the insurance company and that was absolutely NOT the case. They(Dr. Burgess' office) brushed me off AGAIN!! Thankfully, my insurance company rep was willing to advocate on my behalf to get the office to prescribe another week of meds to at least get me to my procedure because they so obviously dismissed my concerns. They were also very slow about doing this. The day of my procedure I never saw him before it was done or spoke with him after it was done. I never received a follow-up call about how I was doing or feeling. The injection provided approx. 12 hours of relief and then the pain was back worse than before. I requested a refill of another week of meds to at least get to my next appt on 02.28 and was told no. I would need to discuss it with him at my visit. I have been in constant severe pain for DAYS!!! It felt as if Dr. Burgess had a preconceived notion that I was a pill abuser and that my pain and discomfort didn't matter one bit to him. If I could give him '0' stars I would”

“I have been going here for over a year and a half... I wait EVERY TIME I go for at least twenty minutes after checking in. Then they never get my medications correct and I am always having to do all the footwork (I have neuropathy, so pun intended) just to get the prescriptions I NEED. I jump through all of their hoops and STILL I am currently waiting on a call back (50 mins now) just so I can pick up my prescription! It's insane, they are wildly unprofessional when it comes to handling their patients medicinal needs. Unreal, definitely looking for a new doctor/clinic.”

“If I could give ZERO stars I swear I would! Unfortunately the NP & the front office staffs I have experience is great but OMFG that horrible prescriptions department, back office staff & Mira the Oncall person. They have made my experience there HELL. I have only been there just a few months & I hated it with a passion. Since dealing with them I have had to wait 2 different times each time with an almost 20-30 days gap in between my pain medication. Currently dealing with 2 torn rotator cuffs in 1 arm & a tear in the other. Let's not talk about if the pharmacy calls them to request ANY information to help with getting your medication to you they don't return call not even to them. I have never felt like a $ sign in my life until transferring to here. Please avoid this company at all cost until they staff realize your part of the reason their salaries are being paid. I'm in the medical field as well & best believe I am a patient advocate!”
